Do I need a gym membership?
You will have the option of a 3-day gym programme, 2-day gym and 1-day home, or full home programme.
If training at home, you will need:
A lighter and heavier pair of dumbbells
A resistance band
mini bands/glute band
I haven’t used weights before - Is the programme suitable for me?
Yes. Every exercise comes with a fully coached video, and we’re on hand to answer any queries you have.
How many workouts per week?
Your programme includes 3 full body workouts per week. Some of our members prefer to train twice a week. Despite what you might think, you can get really great results, gain muscle and get stronger with 2 training sessions per week.
How long are the workouts?
We’d expect each session to take around an hour.
Does the programme come with ongoing support?
Yes. Each week you will have a check-in with your coach via the App. There is also a messaging function so you can get in touch any time.
Can I do this programme if I want to lose weight?
Yes. Whether your goal is to get stronger, gain muscle or lose weight, your training does not need to change. The key to fat loss lies with your nutrition. Within our resources library in the App we have everything you need to navigate your fat loss journey.
What if I am working around injury and can’t do everything on the programme?
If you have restrictions in what you can do, reach out to us before signing up. We have a personalised programme option for an additional fee, but this may not be necessary.
