  • Do I need a gym membership?

You will have the choice of a gym programme, home programme, or both.

  • What equipment do I need for the home programme?

1 set of mid-weight dumbbells are enough to get you started (5-10kg).

You’ll also need a resistance band.

  • How many workouts per week?

Your programme includes 3 full body workouts per week.

  • Is nutrition support included?

Both your coaches are qualified nutritionists and there to support you throughout your journey. You will have access to nutrition education modules, resources and downloads throughout your time with us.

You can submit specific questions each week to be answered in the Live Q&A.

Please bear in mind this programme is group coaching and nutrition advice is not individually programmed.

  • What experience do I need?

This programme is best suited to someone who has had some experience with weights. That might have been in the weights room, a gym class, working out at home or a bootcamp.

  • How soon does it start?

As soon as you’ve submitted your payment, you’ll receive an email from us with a Health Screening Form. Once you’ve filled that out online, we’ll have everything we need and you’ll be added to the group and the App within 24 hours (usually much sooner!).
