Why You Need A Coach

Getting a coach may seem like an obvious choice for someone who is beginning their journey into fitness or strength training.

However, no matter your training age, experience, competency or knowledge, having someone on your team is really something that everyone can benefit from.

Making changes to your lifestyle can feel like an unreachable task.

It takes consistent effort over time and if we can guarantee anything - it won’t be straight forward or without set backs.

Having a coach on your side will give you the best chance of achieving your goals with the continuous support, guidance, encouragement and accountability along the way.

A good coach should help you:

  • Set meaningful goals that align with your values, your life and how you want to show up as the best version of you.

  • Help you manage expectations and be flexible along your journey. Things aren’t always going to go to plan - and we need to plan for this. Having a contingency plan, adapting along the way and being mentally flexible with our expectations not only helps us manage the undulations but also keeps you invested in your goals long term.

  • Empower you to go and get whatever it is that you want. As coaches, WE BELIEVE IN YOU! Even if you’re not fully confident you can achieve your goals, we know you can and we’re here as your cheerleaders, to show you the way and support you.

  • Set daily and weekly targets and help you stay accountable. It’s not always a 10/10 week and it doesn’t need to be. It’s about showing up each day and staying committed to moving forward.

  • Help you fit new habits into your lifestyle. Whether you’re working around a busy job, busy family life or you love to socialise, a great coach helps you prioritise the things that really matter in your life.

In our Group Coaching Programme, our members have all of the tools they need to set their goals and challenge themselves - all whilst being flexible with what life throws at them.

All the while we are on hand to encourage, support and keep them accountable.
