We know what you’re thinking.
You can’t get results with just 1 workout a week!
Well, we disagree.
You can absolutely get results with 1 workout a week.
We give all our group members 3 workouts per week to complete - but some of them just don’t have time to get all 3 done.
Not only do they know that that’s ok - they’re still seeing amazing results!
For example, right now, it’s summer - the kids are about to be off school, everyone’s social life is ramping up, beer gardens are lovely places to be and holidays are on everyone’s mind.
At this time of year it can be easy to think… “I don’t have the time or headspace to take on my fitness goals, I’ll start next month or the month after”.
Well, again, we disagree.
A busy, hectic time in your life is the perfect time to start your fitness journey.
If 1 workout a week is 1 more than what you’re already doing - then it’s worth it.
It will literally add years to your life.
If you keep that up every week of the year, you’ll see the benefits of over 50 workouts each and every year.
Now, obviously, you’d ideally fit in 2 or 3 a week.
But we know that’s not always possible.
So, at hectic times in your life, we’d love it if you could just keep up a ‘low buzz’ of fitness activity rather than shutting up shop altogether.
That 1 session a week can very quickly become an ingrained habit - something that gets done at some point every week because you know it’s good for you, you enjoy it and it’s not impossible to find 30 minutes or 1 hour.
So, if you:
Are putting off getting started
Did start, but now you’ve stalled and are beating yourself up for not getting going again with 3/4/5 workouts a week
Feel like once a week isn’t going to get you results
Then we challenge you to find just 1 hour a week - and tell us you don’t feel better by the end of the month!
