How Does It Work?

For 7 days, you’ll have full access to us as your coaches.

We’ll ask for 10 minutes of your time each day.

We’ll share HOW and WHY our members get such great results.

We’ll give you some simple tasks to do that will transform your mindset and help you prioritise yourself and your goals.

You will be free to ask as many questions as you like in the group and we will do everything in our power to help you move forward.

The focus of the 7 days is on your mindset, so we won’t be providing workouts for you to follow in this time.

  • Will nutrition advice be included?

You will be free to ask any questions you have during the 7 days.

If you need help and advice around nutrition, we can absolutely provide it.

  • What experience do I need?

None! Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer, or completely new to health and fitness, all we ask is that you show up with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
